Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Jbdev Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to clients ("you", "your") for software development, design, consulting, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide end-to-end software development services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile app development (Flutter, Android)
  • Website design and development
  • UI/UX design, logos, posters, and branding materials
  • Backend development and third-party API integration
  • Hosting setup and server-side deployments (if applicable)

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements and necessary content in a timely manner
  • Sharing access to third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Play Console, hosting) where applicable
  • Reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback
  • Ensuring that any materials you provide (images, text, code) do not infringe upon third-party rights

4. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project. We typically follow a milestone-based or phased billing system. Invoices must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension or delay of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and project materials created by us remain the property of Jbdev Technologies until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of project deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any open-source or licensed components used.

6. Confidentiality

All project information, credentials, and shared data will be treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent unless legally required.

7. Revisions and Support

Reasonable revisions are allowed during the development phase. Any additional feature requests or major changes beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges. We offer limited post-delivery support, the terms of which will be discussed during project handover.

8. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please refer to that section for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver the highest quality solutions, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. You agree to use the deliverables at your own risk.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement at any time with reasonable notice. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
