Refund Policy

At Jbdev Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile and web development services with transparency and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered by our company.

1. Eligibility for Full Refund

A full (100%) refund will be provided only under the following conditions:

  • The client cancels the project before any work has commenced
  • No internal resources such as design, development, or server infrastructure have been used
  • No deliverables (designs, code, documents, or assets) have been shared with the client

2. Partial Refund Policy

In cases where work has already begun but the project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of services already rendered. These may include:

  • Shared design assets such as UI mockups or logo concepts
  • Charges for hosting, domain setup, or third-party services deployed on our servers
  • Initial development, setup, or configuration work completed before cancellation

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom logo design and branding services once initial concepts or files have been delivered
  • Projects that have progressed beyond the planning or initial development phase
  • Any work involving code deployment, third-party integration, or server-based implementation
  • Delays or cancellations due to lack of timely communication or input from the client’s side

4. Custom Development Projects

For milestone-based or large-scale custom development projects, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will evaluate the work completed and determine a fair refund amount, if applicable.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds (full or partial) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
